We are a growth-oriented company and after many years of success in the Australian market, we are currently expanding into the USA, where we are establishing a customer service and manufacturing facility to offer the same amazing products and service to a new, exciting and much larger market.
To continue our growth, an exciting opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our business based out of our office in Smeaton Grange, Sydney.
**Core responsibilities and opportunities**:
Working closely with our Executive Team, your scope of responsibility will be across all aspects of the employee life cycle and will expand in line with the anticipated growth of the company, including:
- Develop, coordinate, and manage all employee engagement activities.
- Improve employee engagement and workplace culture through various people and culture initiatives.
- Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training & development initiatives.
- First point of contact for employees seeking support in various HR-related topics such as compensation.
- Management and continuous improvement of the organisation's HRIS.
- Implementation of new and or updated human resource policies.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to address employment issues in line with Easy Signs policies and practices.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Management of annual employee performance reviews.
- Provide assistance to the Executive Team in general administration activities.
- Champion of the Easy Signs values and proactively advocate our vision and brand.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and experience in a diverse service delivery and high volume workplace.
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and in a collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, risks and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing skills.
- Highly proficient and comfortable learning and effectively using new systems and business technologies.
