Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

The role of the Human Resources Coordinator involves providing foundational knowledge of the Human Resources sector, supporting the efficient administration of employee-related transactions from recruitment to separation in accordance with NSW Health legislation and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality workforce services with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, maintenance of HR systems, establishment functions, and all transactions related to an employee's lifecycle.
  • Offer advice and ensure compliance with relevant human resources legislation, policy, and awards, serving as the central point of contact for all enquiries.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of human resources principles, interpretation of industrial awards, and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, enabling prioritisation of workload, autonomy, and initiative to achieve quality outcomes within KPIs.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, including a proactive, responsive approach to managing a large volume of enquiries and building relationships with key stakeholders.
About the Role:
  • A temporary full-time position until 30 June 2026, with possibility of ongoing employment.
  • Position classification: Administration Officer Level 5.
