Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our People & Culture department, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and maintaining accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in human resources or a related field.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the People & Culture department
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including onboarding candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification in business administration or a related field (desirable)
  • Previous experience in human resources or a related field (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
