Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to the HR department in the aged care sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support with human resources operations, including preparing contracts and letters, shortlisting candidates, conducting reference checks, and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate meeting and training room arrangements, as well as other ad hoc duties
  • Audit personnel files to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in various HR administration projects as needed
  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or resourcing is highly valued
  • Candidates must be immediately available for this role
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
