Job Title: HR Administrator

The role of an HR Administrator is to provide support to the human resources function in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This position involves coordinating various employee lifecycle processes, managing employee records, and administering payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

They will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and responding to HR enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Managing employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire.
  • Triage high-level issues to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Preparing Employee Contracts and Contract Variations.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Supporting effective payroll administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working towards tertiary qualifications in Human Resource or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Agile and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Desire to develop experience in human resources and build a career.
