Pastry Assistant Position

We are a small and passionate sourdough bakery in Ripponlea and are looking for someone junior to join our team. We are looking for someone eager to learn about what we do, who is organized and works well in a team. This full time position is over 4 days however there is some flexibility in hours. We do not work Saturday or Sunday

Tasks include:
Preparing our sweet and savoury fillings and toppings.

Assembling our sweet and savoury pastries

Frying and filling doughnuts

Assisting with cookies and tarts including shaping and baking.

Previous experience in a kitchen at any capacity is required, but no baking experience required - we will teach you This is a great entry role for someone who would like to work in a bakery.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:
