**Job Description**:
Do you have a heart to serve and enjoy working at night? As an Overnight Stewarding Supervisor, you will supervise the overnight stewarding team, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely following hotel protocols and procedures.

Night work is not for everyone, but does have advantages - flexibility to do school drop off/pick up, availability to study and the freedom to choose how to spend your days. This role is often underestimated and overlooked, however comes with an above industry award pay rate and special night benefits such as free parking.

What you will be doing:

- Supervise the overnight stewarding team, ensuring they are properly trained and following proper protocols and procedures
- Ensure all kitchen and food service areas are kept clean and sanitary, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Implement cleaning schedules to ensure the kitchen is cleaned thoroughly and regularly during overnight shifts
- Monitor, manage and ensure proper stock of cleaning supplies
- Ensure cleaning procedures and products are compliant with health and safety regulations
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules.

**Qualifications**:
What we want from you:

- Availability to work during overnight shifts between the hours of 10pm to 6am
- Previous experience in similar role would be preferable
- Experience with HACCP and food safety programs
- Knowledge and skills with chemical handling
- Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting when required.
