We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Overnight Stewarding Supervisor to work in our hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fantastic team that delivers memorable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise a team of stewarding staff, ensuring they are properly trained and following proper protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and food service areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure the kitchen is cleaned thoroughly and regularly during overnight shifts.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies.
  • E nsure all cleaning procedures and products comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage records of cleaning schedules.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
