W Brisbane, situated at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City, is currently hiring a Full Time Kitchen Steward Supervisor. As a Kitchen Steward Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the kitchen stewarding team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met consistently. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at leading a team to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area.

As a Kitchen Steward Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of kitchen stewards, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure that all team members follow company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals.
- Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen.
