Job Title: Chief Stewarding and Hygiene Manager

Job Summary:

This is a key leadership role within the stewarding department responsible for overseeing the training, productivity, and performance of stewarding staff. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the training and development of stewarding staff to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

">

Monitor and manage inventory and equipment purchases to optimise efficiency and minimise costs.

">

Develop and implement effective systems for maintaining accurate records and monitoring staff attendance and discipline in line with Resort policies.

">

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the highest standards of presentation.

">

Maintain an effective tracking system for operational equipment and address maintenance needs as required.

">">

Requirements:

">

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Steward Supervisor or Manager, with excellent time management and organisational skills. Sound administrative and rostering skills are essential for this role.
