Overnight Stewarding Supervisor Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food safety and be able to implement effective cleaning schedules for overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise overnight stewarding team members, providing training and ensuring adherence to hotel protocols.
  • Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and food service areas, including dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, and utensil sanitation.
  • Implement effective cleaning schedules for overnight shifts, ensuring the kitchen remains spotless and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning materials, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Promote a culture of cleanliness and safety within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work overnight shifts between 10pm-6am.
  • Previous experience in a similar position or relevant industry background.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and food safety programs.
  • Knowledge of chemical handling procedures.
  • A passion for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects when required.
