Due to internal growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Graduate to join our innovative and high performing People and Culture team.

**Joining us as a People and Culture Graduate, you will**:

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to continuously improve processes touching each stage of the employee life-cycle and HR service delivery.
- Support the HR Manager in all people related activities such as: administration, onboarding, recruitment, compliance, training & development, industrial instrument interpretation, case management, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support projects including consultation, planning, implementation and resolution of project issues, with the opportunity to work in cross-functional project teams.
- Develop and foster trusted relationships across many areas of WISE Employment, including the P&C team.

**What are we looking for?**
In order to be the successful applicant you must have a HR degree and at least 1 years' work experience; the right to work in Australia and satisfy national police clearance requirements.

A truly hybrid role, the P&C Graduate will be based at the Preston/Heidelberg site 2 days a week, with a view to attend the North Melbourne HO once a fortnight.
