You will be surrounded by talented engineers, learn from others, and share your knowledge.This is a full time, permanent Associate Engineer position.
As an Associate Engineer on one of our teams, you can expect to:Tackle a wide variety of technical problems across our codebases and build features with team support.Collaborate with other engineers through pair programming.Partner with AI coding agents to amplify development workflow.Work with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and develop, refine, and implement solutions.Maintain and support the services your team is responsible for.
About you This role could be for you if:You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering (or a related STEM discipline), or finished a coding bootcamp within the last 12 months, or are in the process of completing one; degree/bootcamp must be completed before joining CampUs in February 2026.You are willing to learn across the technology stack used at Culture Amp (e.g., React/TypeScript, Ruby, Kotlin, Go, and more).
You are excited about AI to help engineers innovate and are open to using AI coding tools.You are a proactive, clear communicator who values empathy, kindness, and open dialogue.You are self motivated, able to work independently, and willing to seek support when needed.You have a growth mindset and embrace challenges.You are based in Melbourne, Australia.Applications close at midnight on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
