About The Opportunity

Responsibilities
Tackle a wide variety of technical problems across codebases and build features with support from your team.
Collaborate with other engineers through pair programming.
Partner with AI coding agents to enhance development workflow.
Work with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and implement solutions.
Maintain and support the services your team is responsible for.
Qualifications
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering (or a related STEM discipline), or finished a coding bootcamp within the last 12 months (must be completed before joining the CampUs Program in February 2026).
Willing to work across the technology stack Culture Amp uses (e.g., React/TypeScript, Ruby, Kotlin, Go).
Open to AI tools and leveraging AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
Proactive, clear communicator with empathy and kindness; able to articulate ideas effectively.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and seek support when needed.
Growth mindset and willingness to embrace challenges.
Based in Melbourne, Australia.
