This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading Family Office entering an exciting phase of substantial growth. If you are a driven and self motivated EA with experience dealing with high net worth executives across multiple businesses and projects we would love to hear from you.

**Job Overview**
As Executive Assistant you will closely support the Managing Director in all of their activities on both a private and business basis.

The primary focus of the role is to accelerate and optimise efficiency thus increasing productivity of the MD. You will be required to be hands-on, across the detail and exceptionally well organised. You will be happy to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with a problem when required

With outstanding stakeholder management and organisational skills, you will become a key part in the success of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Waste Management, AHOY and all other business opportunities of the MD
- Organise and schedule meetings, facilities and resources, travel (personal & corporate), to enable the MD and respective team to effectively use their time on business matters
- Organise in-house and external functions including planning days, workshops, corporate and social events on behalf of the MD and team
- Manage expenses, invoices, procurement, travel and company assets effectively ensuring these are tracked against budget and company policy
- Execute high quality administrative processes
- Assist with analysis of data from various systems groups systems to provide up to date reports
- Family office support and management of business, personal and social commitments
- Ad hoc projects as directed by the MD

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience working as an EA for fast moving executives / high net-worth individuals
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Solutions oriented and a pro-active approach to work
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, planning, organisation and time-management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel if required
- Previous experience in a Private EA role not essential but highly regarded
