**About the Role**

As a **Production Team Leader** you will take a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing the need to meet commercial outcomes. If you are someone with Disability Services experience looking for something a little bit different then please get in touch

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Supervising, motivating and encouraging colleagues while understanding and developing individual capabilities
- Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met
- Overseeing product quality and adhering to strict WHS guidelines.
- Engaging in production process ensuring appropriate set up and shut down of equipment

**What will you bring to the role?**
- A manufacturing/production/retail/trade background
- Experience supervising a small production team
- You are a true people person
- An ability to solve problems using a logical and systematic approach
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team

- Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial
- For the Production Leader/Truck Driver position only, a MR or HR licence is a must

**What clearances/checks will you need?**
- Hold or be willing to obtain a **Blue Card/Working with Children Check** & a** **NDIS Worker Screening Check** **(formally Yellow Card)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a **First Aid** and **CPR** certificate
- A current Open **Driver's Licence**:

- Willing to undertake a **"Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check** (should you be successful)
- In line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Endeavour Foundation requires all new employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
