Production Team Leader

Job Title
">We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a production team at our new facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting manufacturing targets, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
">This role involves working 24/7 in rotating shifts, either 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, across a four-week cycle.

- Conduct regular audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.">
- Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.">
- Lead and manage a team of experienced operators by setting performance and development goals.">
- Take responsibility for shift operations during production cycles.">
- Manage labor and raw material costs for the lines.">
- Control inventory levels and work with stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment.">
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and drive performance excellence.">
What You'll Need

- Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.">
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures.">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.">
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (Manufacturing, Engineering, or Continuous Improvement).">
