Whether you're an experienced Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Team Coordinator, if you're known for being the person who quietly holds everything together, we'd love to hear from you.About The RoleWe're looking for a dynamic Regional Practice Coordinator to support our North Lakes and Maroochydore offices, with a monthly visit to Bundaberg.
This is a pivotal role that keeps our teams running smoothly and ensures our clients receive outstanding service.Reporting to the Supervising Principal and working closely with our Legal Operations Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the Brisbane North Region.
You'll collaborate with local leaders to streamline processes, support team members, and enhance the client experience.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys influencing outcomes behind the scenes, and brings structure, care, and initiative to everything they do.
Travel between offices is required, with North Lakes as your primary base.What You'll Be DoingPractice & Office Coordination: Oversee smooth day-to-day operations across three offices including scheduling, team communications, system support and office logistics.Leader Support: Act as the central point of coordination for the Supervising Principal and Regional Office Leaders, helping them stay organised, informed and focused.Team Enablement: Provide coaching and support to Legal Assistants and other administrative staff, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and team performance.Team Management: Be across onboarding, leave coordination, team events and performance processes to help create a positive and well-supported environment.Project Delivery: Lead or support practice-based initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement.What You'll BringA background in high-level coordination, EA/PA, office management or professional services administrationImpeccable organisational skills and a proactive mindset, you anticipate what needs to happen nextConfidence in liaising with senior leaders and managing competing priorities with diplomacyStrong communication skills and a genuine care for people, you build trust quicklyAdaptability and calm under pressure, you're the steady hand others rely onA growth mindset and openness to learning new systems and ways of working.Additional InformationTeam MB Benefits: Ongoing coaching and career development opportunities End of Year leave, 1 day first year, 4 days after 2 years Comprehensive mental health framework, including wellbeing leave (up to 4 extra days per year) and $299 reimbursement 22 Weeks Parental leave with your superannuation guaranteed and back-to-work transition policy Rewards and recognition platform with fitness, retail, and entertainment discounts A hybrid flex working model Salary Continuance & Life Insurance 17.5% Annual Leave Loading ... just to name a few.
