Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Practice Coordinator to join our Personal Injuries team in our North Lakes office in a full-time, permanent position.
Overview
Be the force behind the scenes that keeps our offices running at their best.
This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for a highly organised, people-focused professional to step into a critical coordination role across three of our regional offices. Whether you're an experienced Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Team Coordinator, if you're known for being the person who quietly holds everything together, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Regional Practice Coordinator to join our Personal Injuries team, supporting our Strathpine, North Lakes, Maroochydore and Bundaberg offices. Reporting to the Supervising Principal, with support from 2 Regional Office Leaders, this role is integral to how our teams function day to day. You'll work closely with local leaders to optimise systems, support our people, and ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.
This is a role for someone who thrives on juggling priorities, influencing outcomes behind the scenes, and bringing a high level of care and structure to everything they do. Travel between offices will be required and we're open to candidates being primarily based in one of our Brisbane North offices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Practice & Office Coordination: Oversee smooth day-to-day operations across three offices including scheduling, team communications, system support and office logistics.
- Leader Support: Act as the central point of coordination for the Supervising Principal and Regional Office Leaders, helping them stay organised, informed and focused.
- Team Enablement: Provide coaching and support to Legal Assistants and other administrative staff, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and team performance.
- Team Management: Be across onboarding, leave coordination, team events and performance processes to help create a positive and well-supported environment.
- Project Delivery: Lead or support practice-based initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- A background in high-level coordination, EA/PA, office management or professional services administration
- Impeccable organisational skills and a proactive mindset, you anticipate what needs to happen next
- Confidence in liaising with senior leaders and managing competing priorities with diplomacy
- Strong communication skills and a genuine care for people, you build trust quickly
- Adaptability and calm under pressure, you're the steady hand others rely on
- A growth mindset and openness to learning new systems and ways of working
