You'll serve as the Managing Director's right hand - owning both day-to-day operations and strategic improvement projects, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and ISO standard adoption.If you're sharp, upbeat, and great at getting things done without needing constant direction, you'll thrive here.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline workflows and increase transparency of billable workOversee the rollout of ISO9001:2015 and other ISO standards, including documentation, compliance processes, and audit preparationIdentify inefficiencies and implement systems to improve operational performanceServe as a reliable support function across departments, fostering cohesion in a fast-paced teamWhat You BringExperience in operations, administration, or EA roles where you've owned complex tasksExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP/CRM) is highly valuedProven involvement with ISO9001 (and ideally other ISO standards), either through implementation, maintenance, or complianceHigh degree of autonomy and initiative - you get things done and make informed decisions independentlyA positive, no-politics personality - you bring good energy and value strong team cultureWhy Work With UsBe a key part of a growing premium brand in motorsport and industrial techWork in a beautiful, fully equipped office with a high-performance teamGrow into a second-in-command role as the business expandsTake real ownership of impactful projects with support, not micromanagementInterested?
