As part of this evolution, an opportunity has emerged for a dynamic Site Operations Manager to take ownership of all on-site functions and play a key leadership role in scaling operations.About The RoleReporting to the General Manager – Operations, this position will see you leading the site's end-to-end operations including manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, warehousing, dispatch, safety, and sustainability.
You'll be responsible for optimising site performance, building team capability, and ensuring operations are future-fit to meet increased production and installation demands.Key Responsibilities IncludeProviding leadership across key operational areas to deliver on productivity, quality, and efficiency targets.
Building high-performing, cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, quality and warehousing functions.
Embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the site.
Promoting a strong safety-first mindset, ensuring compliance with WH&S processes, training, and induction programs.
Monitoring and improving performance metrics such as OEE, labour utilisation, right first time quality, inventory accuracy, and site throughput.
About YouYou're a commercially astute, people-first leader who brings strong experience within fast-paced food or FMCG manufacturing environments.
You enjoy working close to the operation and thrive in roles where you can influence culture, performance, and continuous improvement.To Be Successful In This Role, You'll BringProven leadership experience in an Operations, Site or Senior Manufacturing management role within food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
Engineering qualifications or equivalent senior-level operational experience.
A successful track record in building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong continuous improvement knowledge with the ability to implement tools to deliver improvements.
A collaborative communication style with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to identify cost drivers and optimise operational spend.
