- Highly developed instore merchandising experience with a keen eye for detail
- Desire to create a convenience store outlet that is appealing and fresh ensuring client and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of Work Health Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Experience managing a Team of staff
- Exceptional customer service and venue presentation focus
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Flexibility to work across a seven day roster on an as needs basis
