Job Description

The Role:
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our quick-service retail operation at Newcastle Airport

What This Role Involves:

  • Support the clear direction to team members on shift
  • Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality
  • Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources
  • Supervise stock, inventory and cash
  • Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
Desired Skills and Experience

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months)
  • Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
  • Cash, stock and labour control skills
  • Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility across work days/hours
