**Introduction**:
Join the dynamic team at Newcastle Airport, where we're redefining the airport dining experience. Our cafe is a hub of activity, serving up delicious coffee and culinary delights to travellers from around the world. We're seeking experienced Cafe Supervisor's to lead our team and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

**Roster**: PM Shifts 13:00 - 21:00- Total hours
- 30-38

Position - 2 Open roles

**Availability**: 5 days including 1 weekend shift

**Description**:
**What you'll do**:
- Lead and motivate your team during PM shifts, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are upheld. Utilise your barista skills to craft specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, as well as RSA guidelines
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Barista trained, with a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences
- Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is a must
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Availability to work PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong attention to detail
