Job Title: Food Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets.

About the Role:

  • Lead the coordination and management of all hotel Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Supervise outlet managers/supervisors to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure policies and procedures are upheld.
  • Monitor service delivery and assist in operations as required.
  • Regularly report on outlet status and activities affecting trade and operations to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a passion for delivering results and team development.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships, interacting positively with guests, staff, and partners, reflecting well on the brand.
  • Valid certifications including NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol and a current driver's license.
