**Food and Beverage Leadership Role**

 

As a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead our team in delivering exceptional service and quality standards at Newcastle Airport. This key hospitality role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate their team to provide outstanding experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, as well as RSA guidelines.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Barista trained, with a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
  • Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
