What You'll Do
Make a meaningful impact by providing empathetic support to ensure customers feel understood, reassured, and well cared for during challenging times.
Manage your own claims portfolio as the main point of contact for approximately 40 customers. From assessment, guide customers through the process of procuring a new vehicle, ensuring they are educated and informed throughout.
Act as a customer advocate by using proactive communication and sound decision-making to understand and address customer needs, resolve issues, and advocate on their behalf when necessary.
Support our motor strategy by helping deliver on the promise of getting customers back behind the wheel with minimal delay, proactively working to achieve KPIs and high-level customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Customer-first mindset with genuine passion for customers and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Experience in insurance; prior portfolio management experience is highly regarded.
Resilience and emotional intelligence; ability to support customers through emotional situations.
Strong decision-making skills and judgment to find practical solutions and move things forward; proven track record in complaint resolution.
Love for efficiency; able to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and deliver great service within timeframes.
Adaptability; thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
An interest or passion for cars and the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
