We are expanding our operations and seeking a driven, strategic, and results-orientedNational Manager, Operations - Hireto lead the next chapter in our development.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide decisive leadership across the business function
Drive operational performance, including cost control, P&L management, Fleet Management and facility management of sites across Australia
Lead operational improvements to enhance productivity and quality
Build capability within the leadership team and workforce
Foster and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Develop strategies to enhance Brand awareness
About you
We're looking for a hands-on leader with:
Proven experience in fleet management and hire operations
Proven senior managerial experience with a track record of success
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence outcomes
A record of delivering operational improvements and business growth
Ability to operate autonomously
Ability to travel as required
