Job Description

This high-impact role supports the CEO in aligning strategic objectives, people, and operational efficiency across a growing national organisation.

About the Role
  • Bridge strategy, service delivery, and leadership as an experienced operations and executive support professional.
  • Oversee key senior staff – including the Chief of Staff, CFO, and National Operations Manager – to translate executive vision into operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and integrate senior leaders across operations and executive support to drive cohesive results.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to execute strategic plans and national growth initiatives.
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across business functions.
  • Ensure operational readiness for expansion into new markets and services.
  • Maintain oversight of performance across contracts, service delivery, and people operations.
  • Represent the organisation at senior levels with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to tenders and large-scale proposals focusing on operational deliverability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in a senior Executive Assistant role, with demonstrated progression into operational and/or executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, service-based business environment.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a hands-on, outcomes-focused approach.
  • Commercial acumen with experience overseeing budget management, reporting, and performance alignment.
  • Background in facilities services, or other service industries is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
