Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to lead our national delivery of oncourse wagering. As National Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of managers
  • Develop and implement business strategies to maximise turnover, revenue and profitability
  • Oversee national rostering, budgets and administration
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and integrity
  • Partner with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver a consistent, engaging oncourse wagering experience

Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience in large-scale operational management
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver on financial targets
  • Expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field (desired)
