This exciting opportunity is with a dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning organisation that employs about 350 staff and has a turnover of roughly $24 million. With a loyal client base in Victoria, they have consistently innovated and expanded interstate, with operations in NSW, QLD, and potential plans for SA. The Opportunity:

As National Operations Manager, you will report to the senior leadership team and oversee service delivery across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:-
  • Building client relationships based on trust and respect within their client portfolio
  • Proactively managing operational service delivery related to profitability and KPIs
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of four direct managers
  • Ensuring WHS, risk management, and compliance are maintained
  • Conducting inspections and audits, and identifying areas for development
  • Effective rostering and management of labour hours across all accounts.

  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to develop lasting client relationships, and the ability to anticipate issues will help you succeed.
  • Good commercial acumen is needed to manage contract profitability and ensure efficient labour hours.
  • A passionate leader confident in developing high-performing managers and teams that are happy and motivated.
