You'll oversee the full lifecycle from mobilisation through to handover, backed by a capable internal team and trusted subcontractor network.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the full delivery of a complex, high-value commercial buildDrive project performance including safety, quality, budget, program, and stakeholder satisfactionManage and mentor a capable site and office-based teamCoordinate construction programming, suppliers, subbies and consultantsWork closely with Valeo senior management, reporting on progress and riskDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouMinimum 5+ years' experience in Project Manager role within commercial constructionDemonstrated success delivering projects $30M+ (hotel, multi-residential, mixed-use preferred)Strong leadership, client/stakeholder management, financial reporting and acumen and excellent communication skillsAble to travel to Shepparton site 2x per week (must have own vehicle, vehicle allowance provided)Driven, accountable, and ready to make your mark on a major regional developmentAbout Valeo Construction GroupValeo Construction Group is a forward-thinking commercial and residential builder with a strong pipeline of iconic developments across Victoria.
