Role Overview:

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experiencedProject ManagerorSenior Project Managerto join their expanding team. They are open to considering bothProject ManagersandSenior Project Managers, depending on your experience and expertise. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading commercial interior and refurbishment projects, while a Senior Project Manager will take on a more strategic role, overseeing larger projects and mentoring junior team members.

You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and time, while working alongside a high-performing team that is dedicated to delivering top-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with building specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Manage tender processes, contract negotiations, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Implement and manage project delivery systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Oversee EHS&Q responsibilities and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
  • Create detailed construction programs to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven project execution.
  • Provide leadership to the project team, offering development opportunities and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experiencefor Project Manager applicants;5+ yearsfor Senior Project Manager applicants.
  • Proven experience incommercial D&C fit-out projects, with a track record of delivering projects valued at$5mil or more.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to oversee project costs and budgets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a team, and mentor junior staff.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to Quality Assurance and high standards.
