We have an exciting new role for a skilled leader and manager who wants to make a positive impact and help people.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager. In this role, you will manage and support our clinical and administrative teams and have oversight of all day-to-day clinic operations.

You will bring experience within a similar role, be able to effectively establish and implement operational processes and procedures, and be motivated to support the clinical team and the business to achieve success.

You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes.
- Proven experience working in a mental health service or similar environment in a management role.
- Tertiary qualifications in business management, administration or similar.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the mental health sector, including Quality policy protocols.
- Good working knowledge of the Medicare Schedule and claims processes.
- Experience with the implementation and usage of electronic medical records
- Oversee the implementation of all relevant mental health care legislation and quality standards including working towards NSQHS Clinical Governance accreditation;
- Monitor practice safety and maintaining accreditation standards.
- Experience in financial management and reporting processes
- Ability to review systems for operational efficiency and control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to consult, liaise, and negotiate with patients, carers, family members, health, and other professionals.
- Provide general HR support including with recruitment & onboarding
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organising and controlling business activities;
A commitment to building a positive working environment.

You will be working with a small dynamic team of mental health professionals who have been involved in mental health research, running and establishing programs for over 25 years.
