URGENTLY seeking an experienced Receptionist / Practice Manager for immediate start.

Our small community clinic is serviced by one Doctor, one Nurse, casual receptionist and full-time Practice Manager. Due to the impending departure of our PM who is relocating in the coming week, we have an urgent opening for a superstar receptionist or Practice Manager.

Work type - Casual/PPT or full-time to be negotiated with the successful applicant. However, it would be guaranteed 3 days minimum but up to 5 days depending on your availability and requirements of both parties.

We are seeking someone who is experienced and able to walk-in and know the ins and outs of medical reception due to limited hand-over time. Practice Manager experience including accreditation would be looked upon favourably but is not essential, however a willingness to learn is desired.

- Best Practice, HotDoc, Xero & WorkCover knowledge (desired but not essential)
- self-motivated & able to demonstrate initiative
- confidence in both written and verbal communication skills
