**About the company.**

This well established and Canberra based specialises in the delivery of multi-residential projects valued up to $50M. This company has an excellent portfolio of work coming into the new financial year and is looking at continuing the growth of their team with professionals, and like-minded people.

**About the Role.**

Work along side a Site Manager, you will commence employment driving the delivery of a $30M multi-residential development consisting of apartments, retail, and hospitality elements. You will work directly with the Site Manage to coordinate and manage the trades starting from the groundwork up. You will also be involved with the finishes trades to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

**Duties.**
- Manage Sub-contractors and Tradesmen
- Oversee onsite safety requirements
- Structures and finishes
- Aid and facilitate small onsite tasks to benefit project flow

**Skills & experience.**
- Trade qualification is advantageous
- Demonstrated project experience above $10M
- Ability to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractors
