Major Contractor is seeking an experienced Foreman to work on a $50M+ High Rise

**Your new company**

A major ACT construction company with an excellent project pipeline in the region is seeking an experienced Foreman to work on a new multi storey high rise development.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for key façade and finishing elements of this project. This will include but not limited to:

- Supervise and coordinate contractors on site;
- Assist the Site Manager with the management of the weekly construction program
- Work collaboratively with your project team;
- Manage and deliver the program on time;
- Ensure all WHS requirements are being upheld;
- Communication with all relevant stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally, you will be a skilled tradesperson.
- Strong leadership/management skills
- Ability to problem-solve, interpret detailed drawings;
- Strong communication skills and ability to get the most of your trades;
- Experience delivering large scale commercial project (town house / high rise project exp desirable)
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality construction projects
