**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This well-established construction company are seeking a Foreman to join their ever-growing team. Specialising in Luxury multi-residential projects valued in the $60M to $250M range, this business has recently won a number of projects and due to their delivery of high-quality projects and repeat clientele.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

This position is to help lead high-end new build residential projects. As a Foreman you will work directly with a Site and Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery of various projects across Canberra. You will place focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislations and delivered on time.

**DUTIES.**
- Oversee day to day running of project site
- WHS Management and compliance
- Subcontractor Management and programme management
- Structures and finishes focus
- Toolbox talks and site inductions

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Trade qualification
- Demonstrated project experience above $20M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- High-rise residential experience is highly desirable
