**Systems Implementation Consultant**

Currently we are retained to find a
**Systems Implementation Consultant.**
This individual will work to deliver best practice implementation of Xero cloud-based accounting packages.

This should be coupled with a keen interest for operational integrated cloud-based apps for payroll processing, inventory and service delivery.

The role is a key function within this professional services firm. Working from the platform of trusted advisor you get involved in business improvement and consultation at a whole new level.

This role also covers.
- Undertaking end of year / pre-audit reviews
- Review and analysis of client software systems and processes
- Implementation of new software products for our clients and training of their team
- Financial controller consultation for clients including monthly reporting packages, budgets, cashflow tools and dashboard reporting
- Onboarding business solutions clients to establish ongoing requirements before handover to business solutions team manager
- Continuous review and updating of internal procedures, processes and checklists within your service offerings Ad hoc supervisor or quality review for the Business Solutions team
- Back up support for Business Solutions Supervisor including assisting, training and interacting with our offshore accounting team and ad hoc short term client management, when required
- Capacity planning to ensure management of efficient workflow delivery

As a key team member, you will operate at the consultant level working in a Hybrid environment with client site activity an instrumental component.
