Our Software-as-a-Service platform is used by companies across a wide range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Hospitality, Health, and Not-for-Profit.What You'll DoUnderstand Customer Requirements: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and document customer needs and design tailored solutions.Solution Deployment: Deliver and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.Customisation Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to customise solutions based on specific client requirements.Project Management: Lead and manage implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Onboarding and Go-Live: Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live.User Documentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation to educate end-users on application functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.What We're Looking ForExperience working in consulting, audit, or finance transformation.Strong understanding of finance or procurement processes (e.g. AP, GL, approvals, POs).
