Expert HCM Consultant Required

We are seeking an experienced and innovative functional consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise. This includes extensive experience implementing Australian HR & Payroll systems, requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, and testing.

The consultant should be adaptable, detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive and able to successfully partner with customers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise across multiple Workday products with a focus on HCM and Talent
  • Understand client business requirements and configure the Workday solution
  • Demonstrate configurations through prototype configuration and assist clients in testing the Workday solution
  • Translate client requirements and legacy data into the Workday solution
  • Collaborate with colleagues and product experts to address customer challenges and streamline deployment
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of functional experience with HR & Payroll software solutions or systems
  • Recent Australian Industry HR & Payroll experience
  • Previous consulting experience either with a professional services company or as an internal consultant
  • Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
