Brisbane, Queensland, Australia aXcelerate Full time $104,000 - $130,878 per year

About Us
aXcelerate is a leading SaaS provider, with our Student and Learning Management System powering millions of learners' course and competency records nationwide. As an industry leader, we're on an exciting growth journey, transforming the way training providers and employers manage and support their learners.

Recognised as a Great Place to Work for two years running, we have a culture where people feel valued and supported to thrive. With ambitious growth plans and countless opportunities to develop your career, there's never been a better time to join our team and help us shape the future of education technology.

The opportunity
Join our Professional Services team as a
Senior Implementation Consultant
and make a real impact. In this role, you will be leading the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients across the full project lifecycle. You'll work closely with other members of the team to coordinate data migration, system configuration, product training, and go-live activities—ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations. Some projects may also involve pre-sales support, client discovery, and working with third-party providers. This is a client-facing role where strong communication and delivery skills are key.

For this position, we will only be considering candidates who are based in Brisbane and can work in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS platform, from data migration and system configuration to stakeholder training and go-live cutover. Ensure every project transitions seamlessly into BAU operations and post-implementation support.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations and aXcelerate's delivery standards. Maintain accountability for timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.
  • Project Planning & Governance: Create and maintain essential project documentation — including schedules, risk registers, and status reports. Provide clear, transparent updates to internal stakeholders, including management and executive teams.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Serve as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. Guide solution design and manage any required customisation to meet client needs.
  • Team & Milestone Alignment: Keep all team members aligned on milestones, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. Proactively manage risks, escalate where needed, and oversee change control processes.
