We are looking for a Consultant who thrives on solving problems and is ready for an exciting change. In this key role, you will be an integral part of our client facing team, working closely with CFO's, Financial Controllers and Procurement leads to analyse their business processes and implement innovative solutions. Your ability to understand customer needs, manage projects, and deliver exceptional service will be crucial to your success.

Zudello is an Australian automation technology company specialising in using Machine Learning to extract data from disparate systems and documents, enabling end-to-end automation of business processes from Procurement to AP and AR. Our Software-as-a-Service platform is used by companies across a wide range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Hospitality, Health, and Not-for-Profit.

What You'll Do

  • Understand Customer Requirements: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand and document customer needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Solution Deployment: Deliver and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
  • Customisation Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to customise solutions based on specific client requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Onboarding and Go-Live: Guide customers through onboarding, testing, and go-live.
  • User Documentation: Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation to educate end-users on application functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in consulting, audit, or finance transformation.
  • Strong understanding of finance or procurement processes (e.g. AP, GL, approvals, POs).
  • Confident working directly with clients—leading discovery sessions and explaining solutions.
  • Able to think logically, work independently, and manage project timelines.
  • Bonus: Experience working with ERP systems like NetSuite, Microsoft GP, MYOB Advanced, Xero, etc.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in SaaS, system implementation, or workflow automation.
