Guest Experience Manager - AAT KingsLocation: Ayers Rock / YularaAbout the roleFor over 100 years, AAT Kings has been sharing the very best of Australia and New Zealand with travellers from around the world.
Based in Yulara, right on the doorstep of Uluru, our Guest Experience Manager leads the frontline team responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with bookings and ensuring every journey begins smoothly.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management with a passion for creating lasting memories for our guests.Day to Day, You Will:Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Guest Experience Agents to deliver exceptional customer serviceOversee daily operations at our Yulara base, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and tour departuresHandle escalated guest queries with a calm, solutions-focused approachSupport the team in cross-selling and upselling products to enhance the guest journeyManage reporting, scheduling, and administrative requirements for the Guest Experience teamBuild strong relationships with guests, trade partners, and internal stakeholdersAct as the key point of contact for local operational needs, working closely with wider business leadersWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a motivated and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
