You will be part of a strong and collaborative Front Office team spanning across multiple properties, offering career advancement opportunities for those with a passion for adventure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cutting-edge PMS or POS Systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Lead by example and provide guidance to Front Office colleagues
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date
- Solid experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, and/or Front Office Assistant Manager within the past five years in 4/5-star hotels
- Excellent language skills and strong financial acumen
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in International Hospitality, Hotel, or a related field
