Lead Guest Experience Team

A distinguished leader is required to spearhead a frontline team, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and inspire a dedicated team of agents to consistently meet high standards.
  • Oversee daily operations at our Yulara base, guaranteeing smooth check-ins and tour departures.
  • Elevate the guest experience by handling escalated queries with poise and solutions-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with the team to cross-sell and upsell products, enriching the guest journey.
  • Manage reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks for the Guest Experience team.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in tourism, hospitality, or retail.
  • A track record of delivering outstanding customer service and consistently meeting high standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Solid computer literacy, with Microsoft Office essentials and reservations systems desirable.
