Front Office Manager (Relocate to Yulara, NT) role at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia. Based in Ayers Rock Resort, the Northern Territory—the largest integrated resort complex in the southern hemisphere. Owned by the Indigenous Land Corporation, Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia provides great experience-based holidays.

We have over 5 hotels and 15 dining options offering world class dining. This role is for a detail oriented, customer focused Front Office Manager to join the Ayers Rock Resort Front Office Team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction in all reception and front office operations and act as an example in all guest interactions.
  • Oversee all Rooms Division operations including Concierge, Reception and Spa to deliver an excellent guest and member experience.
  • Supervise the front office team in day-to-day operations and set department targets and objectives based on guest feedback.
  • Initiate service recovery as needed within authority.
  • Maintain and monitor guest satisfaction levels and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Assistant Front Office Manager, Senior Assistant Manager or Front Office Manager role.
  • Proficient in property management systems; thorough knowledge of Opera PMS, POS and interfaces (single or multisite property).
  • Experience in a 4- or 5-star environment; remote area experience considered an advantage.
  • High level English language skills.
  • Financial skills including budget management and reporting as required.
  • Experience carrying out department inductions and on-the-job training for new team members.

Compensation

Full Time Position Available | $85,905 per annum (plus superannuation)
