Food Service Representative
About this role:
We're looking for a hospitality enthusiast who can deliver exceptional customer service and provide unforgettable experiences to our guests. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering food and beverage services in an efficient and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow outlet-specific sequence of service
• Prepare and serve beverages while adhering to NT RSA laws and house policy
• Ensure dietary requirements are acknowledged and addressed to all relevant parties
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction at all touch points in the guest journey

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and a strong passion for providing excellent customer service.
