**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to plan and execute corporate events that promote our brand and engage our stakeholders. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, managing event budgets, liaising with vendors, and ensuring events are successful and memorable. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional event experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate corporate events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align event objectives and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure services and products within budget constraints.
- Coordinate event promotion and communication strategies to maximise attendance and engagement.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and attendee registration.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations during events.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the company during all events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator, Event Planner, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
- A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Australian native; must have the right to work in Australia (the company does not offer visa sponsorship).
