**The Gig - Full Time Guest Experience Supervisor**

We are looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to for our flagship hotel at Ovolo Woolloomooloo. Bring your personality, smile and devotion to the guest experience to the amazing team who loves to work hard, play hard, have fun and get things done
- You will be the first happy face that our guests see on arrival to our Hotel so dazzle them with your smile and your bubbly personality
- Can you drive a manual without bunny hopping? Valet service will be a big part of your role so you MUST have a full drivers license and be able to drive manual
- Bring it Attitude, willingness and happiness
- Do you scrub up well? 5 Star standards with an edge
- A personality is needed, come & play
- Local know it all. Know all the best kept secrets and places to go in Sydney.
- Lead the team of concierge to work to the best of their abilities, performing all Concierge tasks as expected.
- Assist with training any new team members in the team
- Greet guests warmly on arrival, opening doors and providing assistance with luggage
- Introduce guests to reception when checking in and direct guests to areas of the hotel
- Personally direct guests throughout the hotel
- Safely store and supervise left luggage in line with hotel procedures
- Retrieve and park cars in a timely manner, taking care and responsibility, ensuring all procedures are followed for key handling, cash handling and documentation of every car being parked
- The opportunity to learn and develop new skills within reception and reservations to become a front office jack of all trades.
- Experience with the IT stuff, Front Office systems is preferred.
